A new sample preparation and evaluation procedure for toothpastes, which does not require toothbrushing, was developed to identify their sensory attributes.
A simple combination of revered-phase and zwitterionic columns connected in series to a mass spectrometer has been used for the simultaneous screening of polar and nonpolar phenolic compounds in red wines.
