LC-MS/MS detects dangerously doped drivers

The detection of the levels of cannabis compounds and their metabolites is an important challenge to both medical practitioners and law enforcement agencies. Scientists from the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) in Baltimore have developed a new method to assay these compounds using enzymatic hydrolysis followed by LC-MS/MS.
