Agilent Technologies has launched an enhanced portfolio of training courses to match the needs of the company’s global customers in terms of location, format and timeframe.

Agilent University, a long-trusted source of traditional classroom and customized onsite training, now offers online courses that cover foundational, intermediate and advanced topics. The new online courses enable customers – from lab technicians to researchers – to develop new skills and gain insights that can improve economic, operational and scientific outcomes for their laboratories.

“We are committed to ensuring the success of our customers,” said Mark Doak, president of the Agilent CrossLab Group, which delivers the company’s services, consumables and software solutions. “Agilent University brings together the best content, curriculum and collaborators to deliver a variety of education offerings and insights to our customers whenever and wherever needed.”

To help laboratories enhance productivity, Agilent University offers a wide range of options, including training in:

  • Foundation and theory
  • Operation essentials
  • Operation workflow
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Technique and workflow optimization.

Agilent University provides an easy-to-use online portal – localized for more than 13 countries – that offers 234 classroom courses covering almost every technique across Agilent. It also offers more than 320 scheduled classroom offerings for customers to take at one of Agilent’s training facilities around the world; multiple eLearning courses to get customers started on their education journey; and several recorded learning offerings from an Agilent expert on focused topics. Customers have access to all courses from their own computer, allowing them to choose the content they need while saving both time and travel costs.
