Abstract

In this webcast, Dr. Rui Chen will introduce recent developments in instrumentation in both analytical and preparative scale SFC.

Rui will discuss the latest developments in analytical SFC with greatly reduced system volume, chromatography utilizing sub-2-µm particles, improvement on UV detection sensitivity, and their implication on the next generation analytical SFC platform.

Secondly, he will discuss the parallel screening system based on MassLynx^® Software, and its implementation to streamline the purification process.

Finally, he will introduce the adaptation of stacked injection to the SFC-MS Prep 100 system, enabling chiral purification in an open-bed format.
